There is a shoulder strap for you to clip in, so it can be either carry with arms or with one shoulder.
Here you can see what's in the bag: two bottles, nappies, 2 packs of wipes, 3 muslins, 2 hand towels, changing mat, a set of clothes and still some space left!
It comes with 2 pods inside (you can customize the pod you like or without pod), which helps you to organise bit and pieces neat and tidy. I found the pods comes in very handy, before I have this bag, I always put them in separate small plastic bags (and reuse again) then put in a big bag. it took me while to get them out and waste of plastic bags. With these pods, I can literally take the one I need and have everything inside! Save me a lot of time and more efficient.

Feeder Pod - Flame: The Feeder Pod is fully insulated enabling it to cover all your feeding needs, it clips onto your pram handle or neatly into the back of your PacaPod. This neat little cool bag is now flatpack so it can be zipped out completely flat to be easily cleaned and stored when not in use. It also features padded shoulder straps so that your little one can use it for nursery too. Available in a choice of colours so you can now personalise your PacaPod with colours to suit you, your pram or more traditionally, the gender of your baby!
